House League Teams (All play in Didsbury)

New for 2026, Didsbury Minor Soccer (DMSA) is offering separate leagues for girls and boys for all divisions U7 and up. However, this is subject to having a sufficient number of players and coaches to run separate leagues for each gender. If player registrations are insufficient to have separate leagues for boys and girls, DMSA may combine age divisions for a gender or create co-ed teams within a division. 

U5 Coed

• Players born between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2022 (turn age 4 or 5 in 2026)
• Cost: $74
• Mondays (6:30 - 7:30pm)

U7 - Boys League & Girls League

• Players born between January 1, 2019 and December 31, 2020 (turn age 6 or 7 in 2026)
• Cost: $89
• Mondays and Wednesdays (6:30 - 7:30pm)

U9 - Boys League & Girls League

• Players born between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2018 (turn age 8 or 9 in 2026)
• Cost: $89
• Tuesdays and Thursdays (6:30 - 8:00pm)

Big Country Soccer Association Teams (Travel outside of Didsbury is required)

U9 Competitive

• This league is for U9 players with more advanced skills seeking higher competitive play.
• Participation will be subject to an evaluation of the player's skills. If a player is not selected for this team, they still have the option to play in the U9 House League. 
• Girls and boys teams will be offered; however, if there are an insufficient number of players, then the team will be formed as co-ed. 
• Players born between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2018 (turn age 8 or 9 in 2026)
• Cost: $89
• Games on Monday and practices on Wednesday evenings (times to be determined)

U11 - Boys League & Girls League

• Players born between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2016 (turn age 10 or 11 in 2026)
• Cost: $109
• Games on Monday and practices on Wednesday evenings (times to be determined)

U13 - Boys League & Girls League

• Players born between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2014 (turn age 12 or 13 in 2026)
• Cost: $129
• Games on Monday and practices on Thursday evenings (times to be determined)

U15 - Boys League & Girls League

• Players born between January 1, 2011 and December 31, 2012 (turn age 14 or 15 in 2026)
• Cost: $169
• Games on Sunday and practices on Wednesday evenings (times to be determined)

Season Start and End Dates

• U5 - Begin April 27 (weather permitting) and end June 22, 2026.
• U7 - Begin April 27 (weather permitting) and end June 24, 2026.
• U9 - Begin April 28 (weather permitting) and end June 25, 2026.
• U9 Competitive, U11, U13, and U15 - Begin practices in early April (weather permitting) and end the week of June 22, 2026, but may extend into July if your team makes the playoffs. 

What will my child receive?

• U5 - U9 House League
  • One practice and one game each week (except U5 is only one night per week).
  • Play in Didsbury against other Didsbury teams.
  • Full-day tournament on Saturday, June 6, 2026.
  • Free soccer ball, socks, shorts, and jersey courtesy of Tim Hortons' Timbits Sports program. 
• U9 Competitive, U11, U13, and U15
  • One practice and one game each week. 
  • Play against teams from other communities around the region under the Big Country Soccer Association. 
  • Half of games are played in Didsbury and half require travel to other communities in our region.  

What other costs should I plan for?

In addition to registration fees, players must have:

• Appropriate footwear (soccer cleats or runners) 
• Shin guards
• Soccer socks that cover the shin guards
• Shorts (no zippers, pockets or buttons)
